I can’t believe it’s only 2 weeks until I head to NZ! Two weeks and a day, technically. Gosh, time has flown. I’ve got quite a bit to sort out before I go but I am not too worried. It’s nice that school is finished though, frees up a lot of time and brainpower. This week was a bit weird, writing-wise. I botched some of my goals (finishing the Going Home rewrite) but at the same time I wrote a lot, particularly in the weekend. Here’s what I did:
- 10h writing! Yay!
- Finished my crit group submission. It came out to 5.7k, but I wrote a bit extra that will go in later chapters too.
- Conlanged a tiny bit but not as much as I’d planned.
- Skipped Flash Fiction Friday. I had exams and just needed a break. Oh well…
So what of this coming week? Simple:
- 12h writing.
- Finish GH rewrite.
- Conlang.
- Flash Fiction Friday
Not a very long or complex list. More hours than last week because I’ve got less stuff on my plate right now, but not many more because I have a socially busy weekend. And with that, lovelies, I’m out! Not very talkative tonight and gonna get an early night’s sleep. Goodbye!
